Articles published in the e-Service Journal are targeted towards those engaged in the academic and practical aspects of e-Business and e-Government. The target audience includes:

  • Faculty members and researchers in:

    • business schools, particularly those involved in computer information systems, management information systems, e-commerce, marketing, management, and finance;

    • schools of public affairs, particularly those involved in public policy, public administration, e-government, and political science;

    • schools of information science or technology, particularly those involved in information science, computer science, telecommunications, hardware, and software development;

    • schools of social sciences, particularly those involved in sociology, psychology, journalism, law, and communication; and

    • schools of informatics, particularly those involved in social informatics, human-computer interaction, and geo-informatics.

  • Managers and professionals involved in the design and delivery of e-business services and technologies.

  • Individuals and institutions providing and using e-services.

  • Policy makers, government officials, and regulators of electronic services.
